Nessaea hewitsonii
Common up to 550 m. Found inside forest; attracted to bait. I don't know which subspecies occur(s) in Cusco.
Similar species: I can't distinguish the V of this species from N. obrinus, but D is very different. Females (mostly brown D, with blue bands on on FW) of the two species might also be similar; I encounter them much less frequently than males, and don't know how to distinguish them.
